Cycle, 1938

A jolly little man leaves his house and runs down the stairs. On the way he loses his spatial quality and arrives, flat and gray, amidst white and black fellow creatures. Each one of them simplifies it to a rhomb. Three rhombs suggest a cube; the cube borders the house, and from the house once again appears the little man. And so on, and so on, in and endless circular movement.
